Every project need to be studied thoroughly , starting from the configuration of the vessel and the differentnozzles in order to propose the best arrangement between “hub with spokes” to parallel laterals, with or without draining zone to adapt to the vessel bottom shape.

Each lateral could be mounted on perforated pipe in order to optimize both mechanical resistance and collection/distribution efficiency with calibrated holes.This slip on jacket could be dismountable, enabling the possibility to remove only the screen jacket for eventual maintenance operation (process with high erosion or corrosive environment).

Process parameters

• Fluid flowrate, configuration of vessel, operating pressure and temperature are necessary to check the optimum parameters for collection/distribution efficiency.

Mechanical parameters

• Bed weight, pressure drop through the bed are required to design the equipement with all necessary reinforcement.
