    Project Purpose:
    This pilot plant is primarily used for the research and production of liquid rubber falling film and scraping film.

    Main Equipment:
    Filter, raw material mixing tank, heavy phase buffer tank, falling film evaporator, steam buffer tank, vertical tube condenser, light phase buffer tank, thin film evaporator, heavy phase buffer tank, first-level light phase buffer tank, degassing tank (gas-liquid separator), vertical tube condenser, vacuum buffer tank, tail gas condensing tank, activated carbon adsorption tank, heavy phase receiving tank, electrical control cabinet, electrical equipment, instrumentation control cabinet, instrumentation valves, etc.

Process Description:
After mixing the raw material and solvent, they are filtered through an electric diaphragm pump and enter the raw material buffer tank. Antioxidants are directly added to the raw material buffer tank. The discharge from the raw material buffer tank goes through a magnetic drive centrifugal pump and a static mixer, mixing with the circulating liquid before entering the falling film evaporator. The falling film evaporator controls the temperature at 90-95°C. The vapor from the heavy phase buffer tank is condensed in the vertical condenser, and the condensate enters the light phase buffer tank. The light components in the light phase buffer tank are sent to the light component receiving tank through a magnetic pump, and also to the wet solvent receiving tank. The liquid phase from the heavy phase buffer tank is sent to the falling film evaporator for circulation through a magnetic pump, and a portion is sent to the thin film evaporator. The thin film evaporator controls the temperature at 95°C. The liquid phase discharge from the thin film evaporator goes to the heavy component receiving tank. These heavy components are sent to three destinations through a magnetic pump: the first route goes to the product collection tank, the second route goes to the by-product collection tank, and the third route goes to the tube heat exchanger, then enters the falling film evaporator. The liquid phase enters the heavy phase buffer tank, and the discharge is sent to the thin film evaporator and heavy phase receiving tank through a magnetic pump, and to the tube heat exchanger through a pump.

The vapor from the thin film evaporator goes to the vertical condenser, and the condensate goes to the light phase buffer tank. The light components are sent to the light component receiving tank and wet solvent receiving tank through a magnetic pump.

The vacuum system consists of an explosion-proof Roots vacuum pump, a screw vacuum pump, and a vacuum buffer tank. The gas from the vacuum system is condensed in the vertical tube condenser and enters the tail gas condensate collection tank. The tail gas is treated by the activated carbon adsorption tank before being discharged, and the liquid is sent to the blending tank by a pump.

A steam buffer tank is provided.

Skid Composition:
Considering factors such as transportation and lifting, the skid is mainly composed of upper and lower parts, with the steel structures of the two parts connected by bolts and welding.

The skid is divided into three layers, with a total height of about 8.5 meters including the equipment.

Framework: 6 meters (length) × 7.5 meters (width), two stories, with a floor height of 3 meters.
